Michelle Stewart, MA

Michelle is a CE-industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in a variety of roles. Her career began in project management and compliance becoming an ACCME surveyor for several years. Those roles and responsibilities lead her into operations, team management and later grant development and educational strategy.

Michelle has worked with small and large hospital systems as well as small and large medical education companies. She brings these 20 plus years to leading and managing Real World CE. She will focus on overall company educational, business and scientific strategy in addition to grant development.

Michelle’s aspirations of creating an organization that encourages clinicians to embrace technology and build empathy through real world experiences in their continuing education so they may improve clinical and patient outcomes are the organization's primary principles.

Kelly Nevins-Kraines, CHCP

Kelly Nevins-Kraines is a seasoned medical education leader bringing extensive experience designing and delivering innovative live, virtual, and enduring activities across a wide range of therapeutic areas. With deep expertise in CME guidelines, accreditation standards, and instructional design, she consistently develops programs that are compliant, outcomes-driven, and highly engaging for healthcare professionals. Kelly has spent decades partnering with medical societies and associations to shape high-impact education, and she is a recognized voice in the continuing education community. She served as President of the Illinois Alliance for CME (IACME), frequently presents for leading organizations including the ACCME, ACEHP, InformaConnect, the European CME Forum, and CMEpalooza, and contributes to the field as an ACCME surveyor.

James W. H. Sonne, PhD, PMP

As a scientist, writer, and educator with nearly two decades of experience, James specializes in process analysis, academic development, technical writing, grant management, and educational program delivery. James' work emphasizes health security, medical advancement, and educational outreach. With certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), James strives to bridge science and education with an aim toward broad and lasting societal impact.
